Moffatt loves Michigan
The Scouting News is reporting that C Luke Moffatt, taken second overall by the Kelowna Rockets in the 2007 bantam draft, has made a verbal commitment to attend the U of Michigan and play for the Wolverines. . . . And this from westerncollegehockey.blogspot.com: “Moffatt originally hails from the Phoenix-area, and is considered the best 1992-born forward in the United States. Moffatt has already accepted an offer to play for the NTDP next season, where he will play for two years before joining the Wolverines. . . . Moffatt had offers from many schools including Boston College, Maine, Notre Dame, and Colorado College.” . . . Moffatt is playing the Michigan-based Compuware organization this season.
