The WHL's board of governors has voted to approve the sale of the Kamloops Blazers from the Kamloops Blazers Sports Society, a non-profit society, to River City Hockey Inc., a group comprising Vancouver businessman Tom Gaglardi and four ex-Blazers players -- Shane Doan, Jarome Iginla, Mark Recchi and Darryl Sydor. . . . The vote was unanimous.
