While we're talking non-hockey here, allow me to put in a plug for an old friend whose blog — Musings at the Ploughboy Mansion — I happened upon earlier this week. Jeff DeDekker, who worked with me in sports while I was at the Regina Leader-Post, now is that daily journal's entertainment editor. (Actually, the LP, for whatever reason, quit using the term 'editor' a while back. DeDekker is the entertainment co-ordinator, which, of course, makes it sound as though he hangs out with Julie McCoy on the Love Boat.) But we digress. . . . DeDekker is blogging on country music, and Musings at the Playboy Mansion happens to be timely (there is news on Mindy McCready today) and even includes videos. . . .
