Priestner on the road

G James Priestner, 17, is on his way home to Edmonton from Kamloops as he awaits word on the next stop in his hockey career. With the Blazers in negotiations with at least one WHL team on what is believed now to be a multi-player trade, Priestner is returning home to await word.

The Blazers are at home to the Vancouver Giants tonight and have RW Tyler Shattock (San Jose Sharks) and D Nick Ross (Phoenix Coyotes) in the lineup. The Blazers' healthy scratches are D Brandon Underwood, C Devon Kalinski, D Mark Schneider and F Jake Trask.
