The Portland Winter Hawks, on their way to Kennewick, Wash., to play the Tri-City Americans, recently stopped off in Enterprise, Ore., for some fun on an outdoor rink. . . . Ryan White of The Oregonian made the trek, too, and his story is right here. . . . I have to admit that this story brought back a host of memories and, if you have ever skated on near-frostbitten feet, you might find yourself tearing up, too. . . .
