Broncos pick up option

Dean Chynoweth says he will be back as the general manager and head coach of the Swift Current Broncos. The Broncos held an option on Chynoweth's services for the 2009-10 season and have chosen to exercise it.
"My plan is to be here," Chynoweth told Jon Keen, the radio voice of the Broncos, on Thursday morning. "The board (of directors) has made it clear they wanted to wait to see how things played out . . . they held the option year in my contract and they have exercised that option."
