Coaching change in Everett

The Everett Silvertips fired head coach John Becanic on Friday.
Becanic just completed his second season as head coach, after four seasons in Everett as associate head coach. The Silvertips were 66-66-7-5 in his two seasons as head coach.
The Silvertips lost a first-round series in five games to the Tri-City Americans.
Everett joins the Chilliwack Bruins and Prince George Cougars as WHL teams without head coaches.
