G Tyler Plante (Brandon, 2003-07) signed a one-month try-out contract with Asiago (Italy, Serie A). He was with the Colorado Eagles (ECHL) this season until his release on Dec. 5. Plante had a 4.09 GAA and a .879 save percentage in five games with the Eagles.
