The Portland situation . . .

There doesn't appear to be anything new but Jason Vondersmith of the Portland Tribune has something of an update on the Portland Winter Hawks' situation in today's paper. You can read it right here. . . . A rumour concerning the possible involvement of some former Portland players, including Marian Hossa and Brenden Morrow, has been out there for a few months now and Vondersmith at least mentions it. . . . The long-awaited audit of the Winter Hawks by the WHL office is scheduled for completion on Thursday, May 15.
