Defence: Keith Aulie, Brandon; Travis Hamonic, Moose Jaw; Thomas Hickey, Seattle; Tyler Myers, Kelowna; Jared Spurgeon, Spokane; Colten Teubert, Regina.
Forwards: Jamie Benn, Kelowna; Zach Boychuk, Lethbridge; Matt Calvert, Brandon; Jordan Eberle, Regina; Tyler Ennis, Medicine Hat; Evander Kane, Vancouver; Brayden Schenn, Brandon; Brett Sonne, Calgary; Dana Tyrell, Prince George.

Meanwhile, Hockey USA named its tournament roster today and it includes three Spokane Chiefs -- LW Drayson Bowman, C Tyler Johnson and C Mitch Wahl. Also on the roster are C Jim O'Brien of the Seattle Thunderbirds and D Jon Blum of the Vancouver Giants. The complete roster is right here.

The Slovaks will have a pre-tournament camp in Ottawa, beginning Dec. 16. Included among the invitees are F Milan Kytnar of the Saskatoon Blades and D Michal Siska of the Kamloops Blazers.
