The Portland Tribune is reporting on its website that the Winter Hawks will name Richard Kromm, 43, their new head coach on Wednesday. According to the Tribune, "It is unknown
whether Kromm will retain assistant coaches Brian Pellerin and Kyle
Gustafson. General manager Ken Hodge is expected to stay with the club,
while a player personnel director has yet to be named."
