Spokane to name coach Friday

My original source was one day ahead of himself. The Spokane Chiefs have a newser called for Friday, 1 p.m. PT, at which Hardy Sauter will be named head coach. Sauter, the club's assistant coach, will be promoted to replace Bill Peters, who signed last week as head coach of the AHL's Rockford IceHogs.
