Prince Albert, Seattle swing deal

The Seattle Thunderbirds of Kent have acquired D Ryan Aasman, 17, from the Prince Albert Raiders for RW Jonathan Parker, 18, and a 2010 fifth-round bantam draft pick. . . . Both players are in their second WHL seasons. . . . Aasman, from Medicine Hat, had four points and 10 penalty minutes in 39 games with the Raiders. He was the eighth overall pick in the 2007 bantam draft. . . . Parker, from Solana Beach, Calif., had 26 points, 13 of them goals, in 40 games with the Thunderbirds. . . . The Thunderbirds are at home Friday to the Everett Silvertips. . . . The Raiders are at home to the Lethbridge Hurricanes on Friday. . . . The WHL trade deadline is Sunday afternoon.
